Our history

Tesoros del Vikingoviejo was born in 2023 as an expansion of 'Los Juegos del Vikingoviejo'.

'Los Juegos del Vikingoviejo' is a venture dedicated to recreational art created by "the Vikingoviejo" in 2018. 

​

With 'Treasures of Vikingoviejo' we decided to cover much more. Not only did we create an online store with different and unique products, we decided to create this venture with multiple objectives, such as foster artisanal work by acting as a sales channel for the wonderful items created by the hands of the artisans (and our own!).

Although technology is a very important ally in these times, we want children, young people and adults to step away from the screens and go back to basics. To do this, we promote the use of board games and crafts with the aim of reuniting the family and promoting creativity. 

 

We want to inspire new generations to make crafts and teach them to value the manual work behind each product. 

 

We spread the practice of board games such as chess and introduce historical games such as the Hnefatafl.

In addition, we want to spread knowledge regarding different cultures, mainly the Nordic one.
